Mafia Alliance Join Criteria

I . Executive Summary

This document proposes a set of mandatory standards for all groups applying for membership in the Mafia Alliance. These criteria are designed to ensure operational capability, required commitment, and measurable contribution from new members, thereby securing the Alliance's collective stability and maintaining the mutual benefits provided to all established members.

I l . Standard Membership Criteria

All applying groups must satisfy the following organizational and activity requirements:

• Server Tenure: A minimum of two (2) months of active presence on the server is required.

Rationale: This establishes a track record of stability and commitment to the community.

• Group Size: A minimum of three (3) active members is mandatory.

Rationale: This confirms the group's capacity for organization, internal management, and sustained operation.

• Leadership Activity: The group leader must log a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of playtime per month.

Rationale: This ensures consistent leadership engagement and accountability to Alliance affairs.

• Established Base: Possession of a clearly defined. Nation Base or primary infrastructure is required.

Rationale: This indicates a significant investment in the server environment and provides a fixed point for coordination and defense.

• Communication Standard: All group members must be a minimum of thirteen (13) years of age.

Rationale: This ensures reliable and consistent communication within the Alliance structure, complying with mandatory Discord usage.

I l l . Accountability and Contribution

Applicants must demonstrate value and accountability to the Alliance beyond standard presence:

• Specific Alliance Contribution: The group must clearly state and commit to a unique, measurable service or resource they will provide to the Alliance. Acceptable contributions include, but are not limited to, specialized building services, dedicated resource trading, or Alliance-wide PvP defense specialization.

• Community Reputation: The group must maintain a verifiably favorable reputation within the public server environment.

• Accountability Deposit: The group leader must submit their player head as a deposit. This item serves as an assurance of adherence to Alliance rules and is subject to forfeiture upon failure to comply with established regulations.

IV. Exception Clause

• Solo/Duo Status: Exceptions to the minimum team size (Section Il) may be granted for Ione players or duos, provided they adhere to the specific conditions outlined in the previously approved Alliance Restructuring Proposal. All other requirements in Sections Il and Ill remain mandatory for all applicants.
